Senior Roles with the Structure to Deliver

Partners lead our relationships with clients and take responsibility for the overall outcome of each assignment. They make sure the client gets the right scope, value for money and work of the quality that NCL’s reputation depends on.

Service directors are also client facing. They take ownership of the deliverables, bring the team together and find the right people from within NCL and across the nuclear industry to produce the result the client is relying on.

The Roles

Partners and directors sit at the top of NCL’s two lines of business. One line wins and leads client work. The other holds the capability that delivers it.

Consulting PartnersOwn a client or project portfolio. They win and shape work, lead the client relationship and oversee the quality of what NCL delivers.
Service DirectorsHold delivery capability for a service area. They own the deliverables and build teams from within NCL and across the nuclear industry.
Managing PartnersLead the business. One runs the commercial pipeline and major bids. The other runs capability, service standards and delivery quality.
Operations and Platform DirectorsLead NCL’s operating system and its Atomeris digital platform, from finance and quality management to products and training.

Client Ownership

Ownership follows origination. A partner who brings a client owns that relationship unless it is transferred by agreement. Where NCL generates the client, NCL owns it and a named individual acts as accountable lead.

In every case the owner remains the client’s front door, with NCL’s delivery capability, quality standards and operational support around the relationship.
