Jonathan is a process and organisational optimisation expert whose experience spans more than 20 years across a number of industries including nuclear, oil & gas, manufacturing, automotive, aerospace and construction. He has worked extensively throughout the world with clients in Europe, North America, Asia and South Africa
David Mincher

David has been an operational nuclear engineer for over 30 years, initially within the Royal Navy’s submarine service, where he specialised in Trident nuclear propulsion systems, then in the civil nuclear generating industry.
