He has worked extensively throughout the world with clients in Europe, North America, Asia and South Africa

David Mincher

David has been an operational nuclear engineer for over 30 years, initially within the Royal Navy’s submarine service, where he specialised in Trident nuclear propulsion systems, then in the civil nuclear generating industry.  He has held senior positions of significant responsibility in leadership, nuclear operations, training, assessment and regulatory oversight
