You can join the client and give up your independence, or work through an umbrella company without the package, continuity or support of a real employer.

NCL offers a better route. You join NCL as an employed consultant and the client contracts with NCL, so you keep the relationship and the day-to-day role.

We agree the scope and commercial terms with your client and your employment terms with you. Over time you can also take on other NCL assignments and professional development, so you are never tied to a single client or project.
