One Team, Flexible Terms
We are flexible about terms of engagement. Consultants with their own limited company can work with us on a contract and those who prefer employment can become staff. We treat everyone as members of one team, working on the same assignments to the same standards whatever their terms of engagement.
Consultants are the technical core of NCL’s work for clients. They lead and deliver assignments in one or more of our practices, shape proposals and methods and can broaden into advisory work or practice and business leadership as NCL grows.
As an NCL consultant you have the support of an established consultancy around your work.
